ABSTRACT

The primary goal of this article is to provide managers and executives the tools and information needed to make informed decisions concerning data warehousing, to understand the processes and technology involved, and to identify individuals' responsibilities. The information is presented in clear, understandable terms and is designed for decision makers with little or no Information Technology (IT) background.
